Hmm. now I can only give my wishes to delhi ppl..And request ur dean to please use the hostel toilet once.. hope then he wakes up from his sleep..or may be he will never be able to wake up again...in both cases it wud do some gud i guess

hey. that was more abt the drinking water., toilets are fine. But yeah, if we make him drink the water available in the hostels, one of the two cases wud certainly occur.
