Oh, it conveys. All IIT guys want a present, and if not, at least want there be a past to curse about. Future to probably ban hi jayega, smhow, with sm help.

by 'not having a past' do u mean that there's nothing unique and significant about ur past? i have that feeling too. Life's been so normal, don't have any special tales about bachpan to tell.

I do a lot of thinking even when I don't have a past. And, I'm sure I'd have spent even more time thinking if I actually had one.

But, in how many ways would you try to stereotype an IIT guy, ma'am? That your sentence could easily be written with 'all guys' I guess. If not, I'd really like to be enlightened about it. (And trust me, just because you've a highly popular blog :P, you can't manage to damage the image of an (intelligent, interesting) IIT guy overnight!)
